Don't Panic

I do not typically do this but I wanted to give props to a new TV series out there called Panic. It is an Amazon Original and I can tell you that the trailer had me all in. The story focuses around a small town that has this secret and dangerous contest that is played by graduating seniors. The prize varies by how much is in the pot at the end of the school year. We are introduced to this shady contest by Heather - the heroine and narrator of this season's story line.

I binge watched the show over two days. I got to say, the premise behind the show is solid. We have small town folks looking for a way out of their small lives. There are a number of cliches and plot twists you kind of saw coming. The game, PANIC, should have been more prominent in the show though. It is the title of the series after all. It is definitely a must watch if you are into a lil thriller. I would rate this a solid 8 out of 10. Check it out on Amazon Prime now.
